怎么解决减速机长时间使用后其轴承孔出现的问题

减速机长时间使用后,其轴承孔就会被摩擦的很大,为不影响机械的正常使用,减速机厂家通常采取以下方法加以解决:

1、减速机的轴承孔出现变形后,我们应及时对其测量,测出变形量(注意测量的精准度,误差不要太大)。

2、去除减速箱箱体的上、下表面各t值的厚度(变形量一般都会选用截面法来计算)。

3、把加工完的上、下箱体扣合后(扣合时一定要严谨),实际轴承孔呈现为长轴等于理论孔径,而水平方向的孔径略小于理论孔径的椭圆形长孔。

6、加工后的减速机箱体扣合后,轴承盖的螺栓孔会与箱体的螺栓孔发生错位的现象,可以对轴承盖扩孔或是对箱体的轴承孔进行测绘后重新制作轴承盖。
